These terms apply to enquiries, bookings and use of the site. If we agree a specific booking in writing, those booking details take priority.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Session requirements (engineer, assistants, deliverables) should be agreed in advance so we can prepare the room correctly.
Please share any access, power, or technical requirements early for smooth load‑in.

You are responsible for your team’s conduct and the safe use of equipment while on site.
Please treat the rooms, facility and gear with care; damage caused by misuse may be chargeable.

You retain rights to your recordings and materials. We do not claim ownership of your content.
